Check-in / Check-out
On the date of arrival, your room will be available after 3:00 pm. Check-out time on the day of your departure is 11:00 am. Our reception is staffed daily between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm; please notify us if you are planning on checking in or out at any other time.

Breakfast
Your breakfast will be served in our Josefistube room every day between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 am. Our breakfast buffet is included in the room rate.

Cancellations
It is a pity when rooms stay vacant even though others would have liked to have booked them! Nevertheless, we understand that circumstances may arise or that something important crops up. Please let us know in due time and we will find a solution. We do, however, ask for your understanding that cancellations are only free of charge up to 3.00 pm on arrival day for individual guests and three days prior to arrival for any kind of booked events. Any cancellations closer to your arrival date have to be in written form and will be charged at 80% of the agreed upon room rate in case we are not able to rent the room(s) to another guest.

Phone calls
All rooms are equipped with a telephone with a direct outside line. Calls to all German landline numbers and many other European landline providers are free of charge.

Parking
There are several parking spots available to you in our free car park.

Restaurant

The restaurant is opened from Monday to Friday from 12 pm to 11pm. Our chef and his team spoil you with delicious food from 12 pm tp 9.30 pm.

Saturdays, sundays and on public hoiday days the restaurant is openend from 11.30 am to 11 pm. Warm food is available from 11.30 am to 9.30 pm.

Minibar
Each room is equipped with a minibar and a variety of drinks is available for purchase.

Wi-Fi
The wireless network could be accessed free of charge and is available throughout the whole hotel.

Payment options
As an independent traveller you can either pay your bill in cash, via EC or credit card (Visa, Master-Euro card, AMEX). For events, we don’t accept credit cards.
